The hotel was in a great location in front of hills and greenery. I walked everywhere in Runaway Bay and cafeterias and casinos were in front of the place. The service was top-notch, it had an amazing broiler restaurant. Besides, there was parking on-site.

The breakfast I was offered was average; it could be far better.

The breakfast was freshly prepared at the grill, and the staff were always attentive. The hotel was in a remote location near the steakhouse.

Sincerely, it was a really enjoyable stay on vacation. It had very pretty location, near to a beach as well as the shopping centre.

The hotel was set in a remote area very close to Grand Bahia Principe as an all inclusive guests, the coast of Jamaica, and Jamaica for a wedding with a group of approximately 100 others. The room I booked was kept clean and available with ac.

It has polite staff in a very professional manner by all staff and marvellous location, that could not be beaten. Every time in Runaway Bay we stay in this hotel.

The entire hotel was spotless and the room was well-maintained and well-appointed. It was in a remote setting in alcoholic activities. Had supper in a beach restaurant. Amazing service was provided here.

Loved the location that was unbeatable and magnificent and really close to steak house, the Dunns falls and the orchidia, knife and mikado restaurants. It was well-equipped, good enough for celebrating anniversary.

The units were great-sized with 2 double beds.

Bright and well cleaned unit with in limbo, the warm decorations, ac. Marvellous location of the hotel, in front of a palace and a castle. Set in front of canteens and a casino, honest staff.

Beds were quite hard.

They serve premium breakfasts for all tastes with fresh fruit and many options for every palate, for instance. Best staff, they know their business.
